Chakra Healing

Knowing what each Chakra is associated with will help with your Chakra Healing.

The Crown chakra is located at the very top of the head. This is where your Chakra healing should start. It's color is white or violet. This chakra is your connection with God/Sourceand spirtuality. It helps with the pineal gland.

The next is the Third Eye chakra, it is located above and between the eyes. Color is indigo. It helps regulates the pituitary gland. Perception of psychic ability is associated with this chakra. A physical healing of both the third eye and crown chakras help with the eyes, brain and nervous systems.

The Throat chakra is next it's located at the bottom of the neck. Light blue in color. Glands associated with it are the parathyroid and thyroid. Also associated with communication

Next is the Heart chakra,located about the sternum and is green or rose in color. Associated with the heart or thymus gland. Emotions, universal love and love for others all help in this area.

Solar Plexus which is located at the last row of ribs. Its yellow in color. Associated to the pancreas gland and liver. Deals with issues of Power,digestive problemsand food issues.

The Sacral chakra is a few inchs below the navel. Orange in color.Healing at this point includes recovery from sexuality,and fertility issues.

The last of the seven majors is the Root. The adrenal glands are associated with this one. Its color is red, and located at the genitals. Healing at this area have to do with issues of abundance,food, shelterand clothing. And living on the earthplane.

These seven Major Chakras run down the front and back etheric double. There are also many minor chakras,palms of hands and the soles of feet for example.
